Fun Day With Bushings

This worked out well, all I need now is some fresh air and to use a hack saw to 

cut through the left over sleeve and pry it out

Second try is much more fun using a torch to burn the bushing out

First idea failed horribly, tried using a hole saw to cut the bushing out.

Well as I said yesterday removing subframe bushings sucked. But I am almost done after 2 hours of agonising pain and a few beers.
